Question: What types of payments do you accept?

Answer: We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. Checks can also be used via Paypal.

Question: Is my credit card information secure?

Answer: We do not ever store your credit card information, and when you make a purchase, it is transmitted over a secure server, so there's no need to worry.

Question: How many CDs can I list from my account?

Answer: You can list an unlimited number of CDs from your account.

Question: If I change my mind about Listing a CD with you after I have paid for placement, can I receive a refund?

Answer: We do not refund listing fees as they are payment for a service. Once a Listing is submitted, we begin work to get your CD's page completed. There are many details that need to be seen to, and the work hours must be paid for.

Question: Can I list a CD in more than 1 category/genre?

Answer: Yes, you can select up to 3 genres when adding a CD. Just hold the "CTRL" key on your keyboard while selecting the categories.

Question: What does a Featured listing consist of?

Answer: A Featured listing is randomly displayed on our homepage. We only Feature around 200 CDs at a time, to make sure that all Featured CDs get proper exposure. Currently our homepage gets over 350,000 hits a month, and with 4 Featured spots on the homepage, this means your CD is shown much more often.
