7. The 40th Day (English version of Czterdziesta Doba)
8. Zdrada (Polish version of The Betrayal)
9. Is Qui Est (English version)
This is passionate material with excellent production. Enveloped with creative musical compositions and the use of a cello and violin, "Illumina Tenebras Meas" brings an epic sense of emotional atmospheres that are one-of-a-kind. After a successful so-called debut on Bombworks in 2005 with an album made up of a combination of singles and demos titled "The Beginning...", the band was not satisfied with the final result and representation of their compositional talent. Hence, writing and development for this strong EP, which is more of a full length, went under way. "Illumina Tenebras Meas" was to be exactly that in its meaning... Illuminate my darkness. If there is one thing to say about Illuminandi and this release, it's that there is little doubt that it will be THEE production that rockets the band into greater success and ministry. "Illumina Tenebras Meas" is a powerful escapade of fine-tuned gothic, aggression, tempered undertones, and classical barrages that will keep your from putting a CD in your player. You will just keep hitting "repeat" and listening to it again and again and again... The entire album is a masterful piece of innovation topped-off by exquisite material like "Hymn of all Creation", "The Rider", and "The 40th Day". Versions of many songs appear on the album in both English and Polish which the lyrics are contained within the insert for both languages.
